MoST nano-amorphous self-lubricating coating
Introduction
MoST is a nano-amorphous coating composed of Mo element as the main component and mixed with related metal elements in a magnetron sputtering system. High hardness, ultra-low coefficient of friction, and high film/substrate bond strength.
